The jelq device is better. I googled this for you: jelqhelp.com
Here´s what they write, I copied this for you. There seems to be 3 main advantages with the device when you do jelqing:
* The JELQdevice uses a Precise Weighting System (PWS) to apply the same pressure every time.
* It has special Dura-Cylinder coated rollers to help push blood through the penis in a way that slowly grows it over time. The material adjusts itself to your body, and it can not hurt the penis.
